Inside Sales Coorinator

Job Description would consist of, but not be limited to the following:

Sales Operations and Inventory Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day customer parts sales requests and provide superb customer service

• Create customer parts quotations and process parts orders

• Perform product research with manufacturers to support customer requests

• Create purchase orders, bill of ladings and schedule shipments

• Maintain accurate inventory counts on a monthly basis

• Provide accurate and timely stocking, inventory control and oversight

• Verify unit warranty expiration dates based off of the serial number given

• Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all policies and procedures

• After hours capability on rare occasions

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all transactions

• Assist with major account administrative duties

• Assist in answering incoming calls in professional manner

• Work directly with sales reps providing administrative assistance as needed

• Enter data and documentation into various databases

Requirements:

• Must have excellent communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills.

• Must be organized and dependable

• Must be detail oriented and be able to maintain a high energy level.

• Must pass background check and drug test

• Through on the job training candidate should be able to demonstrate an understanding of our industry, products, market trends and technology

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
