Sales Associate/ (Lead Generator)- Multi Family

REHAB LLC is the Pacific Northwest’s leading general contractor specializing in multi-family renovations and repairs. REHAB is currently looking to expand its dynamic team by adding a Construction Sales Associate/ (Lead Generator) who will lead our sales efforts as well as generate new outside business leads.

The Sales Associate will work closely with REHAB’s operations and field teams in managing and following up with REHAB’s key clients as well as identify new potential customers. This role will work closely with REHAB leadership to drive business development efforts that align with the company’s growth and profitability goals.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Identify, vet and manage multi-family renovation bid opportunities.
  • Advise REHAB leadership on potential bid opportunities.
  • Review general bid conditions, schedule, scopes of work, site logistics, and other information needed to produce competitive bid packages.
• Develop relationships with key clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
• Negotiate with key sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Identify and advise on other relevant business opportunities.
• Travel as required for customer outreach, site visits, pre-construction meetings, data gathering, and project support.

Job requirements include but are not limited to:

• Minimum of 1 year of related construction/renovation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience.
• Working knowledge of process, materials and supplies used in multi-family renovation construction.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
• Ability to learn and utilize software programs or other technology as deemed relevant by REHAB.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Must be an outgoing self starter.
• Able to meet and exceed sales goals set by REHAB LLC management.
• Site visits 3-4 days per week, in office 1-2 days per week.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check.
