Customer Service Representative
Pay: $20.00 - 21.00/hr

Looking for a small, intimate, family work environment?
Pridestaff is looking to fill a Customer Service / Sales representative opening with a growing e-commerce company specializing in automobile interior design. They offer stable working hours and progressive pay advancements as you grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about and cross-sell the products and services we work with
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
- Customer service oriented
- Computer savvy
- Inbound/outbound calls experience
- Strong computer skills
- "Must type 40 words per minute to succeed in this role"
Schedule: Office hours, Monday to Friday
