Project Manager – Building Automation Systems
We have a great Building Automation client with the need for a hit-the-ground-running Project Manager. Please only apply if you can confirm the following for experience:
You currently are, or have previously held one of these positions:
o Project Manager
o Project Engineer
o Senior Technician / Specialist (with Project Management experience)
Your field of work has been (these are all one in the same):
o Building Automation Systems (BAS)
o Direct Digital Controls (DDC)
o Energy Management Systems (EMS)
o HVAC Control Systems
o Energy Services
o Mechanical Contracting / Mechanical Service (with some exposure to controls)
You have worked with any of the following:
o Alerton
o Automated Logic
o Delta Control Systems
o Tridium / Niagara
o Johnson Controls
o Siemens Building Technologies
o Honeywell
o Distech
o Reliable Controls
o Trane
o American Automatrix / Cylon
o Novar
o Trend Control Systems
o Schneider Electric

Create the Team is focused in the field of HVAC controls, building automation, energy services, plus fire/life-safety/security all around the United States. Primarily, the roles we fill are for Controls Engineers, Controls Technicians, and Sales Engineers. We will also work to recruit for Project Managers and other related roles in HVAC, building systems, contracting and energy conservation. Our common client is a Controls Contractor, anywhere from a 10-person company to a $100M company with hundreds of employees, and from small markets to very large metropolitan markets. In many markets, we are placing fire alarm, life safety and security (card access and CCTV) salespeople, system designers, IT/Network electricians, inspectors and management/leaders.
