Job Description - Property Manager
Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 base + bonus opportunity

We are a fast-growing single-family property management company serving Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware counties. We're looking for a Property Manager to assume primary responsibility for Delaware and Western Montgomery counties.

QUALIFICATIONS
Have a Pennsylvania real estate license or willingness to obtain a license within 3 months
Tech savvy - we use a variety of software packages and apps to run our business
Detail oriented
Strong critical thinking skills
Can work independently and can collaborate in our team environment
Positive energy
Excited about learning new things and growing
Great with people and ability to perform customer service tasks
Strong work ethic
Ability to build rapport with residents and clients
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus points if you have experience in Appfolio, Tenant Turner, Lead Simple, or other property management software.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer phones (shared responsibility)
Provide exceptional service to tenants and owners
Coordinate vendors and work orders
Maintain vendor relationships
Travel to the properties as-needed to fulfill duties
Perform walk-through condition and lease compliance reviews, as well as make-ready audits
Process move ins and move outs
Resolve tenant complaints and owner concerns
Lease enforcement
Onboard new properties and owners
Complete rental market analysis
Process lease renewals
Take photos of homes, post rental listings, and conduct showings to fill vacancies. Provide weekly leasing updates to owners for vacant properties.
Negotiate and write lease agreements
Help streamline processes - make us better every day
Duties will vary day to day and are essential to keeping the company operating smoothly

Things to Note:
This is a full time position. Typical hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, but we are quite flexible and some evenings and weekends will be needed.
If you are currently a real estate agent, you will have to transfer your license to Keyrenter BuxMont
You will need your own vehicle, driver’s license, and mobile phone for this position.
