Looking for Paralegal/Legal Secretary to help with patent and trademark infringement litigation including preparing and filing legal documents in federal court. May also assist with patent and trademark filings. Also manage docket, billing and interact with clients. Must have strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience preparing and filing litigation documents in federal court including through the PACER system is preferred. Must be process oriented and highly organized. Must be ready, willing, and able to be a part of building a dynamic law practice dedicated to providing outstanding results for our clients.
