Job description

Position Title: Litigation Legal Secretary
The Litigation Legal Secretary plays a critical role in supporting attorneys through various legal processes. The Litigation Legal Secretary provides legal and administrative support to multiple attorneys while ensuring the efficient management of litigation matters. This position requires
exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
competing deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment. This role offers an opportunity to thrive in a flexible work culture that values collaboration and work-life balance.
Salary Range: $38.47 - $50.49 / Hour DOE
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage legal documents and case files.
  • Perform e-filing in state, federal and administrative courts.
  • Draft, proofread and edit legal correspondence.
  • Coordinate attorney calendars, travel and expenses.
  • Maintain litigation deadlines using electronic calendaring systems.
  • Communicate with clients, courts and opposing counsel.
  • Support multiple attorneys while managing competing priorities.
  • Ensure document accuracy and timely case management.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of litigation legal secretary experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple attorneys.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills.
  • Experience with iManage or similar document management systems.
