This is a great job opportunity for an EHR Specialist or Medical Assistant who is either experienced, a recent graduate, or is looking to get back into the medical field in an administrative capacity. Your Goal:

The primary purpose of this position is to Implement and support the successful adoption and implementation of identified software throughout the organization. This position will also provide the training of all current and new employees regarding the identified software and create and maintain various reports for the organization.

How You’ll Help Patients:

Actively participates in the implementation process, on-site go-live support process and post- implementation phase.
Create and maintain various reports for the organization.
Coordinate and provide NextGen EHR software training of current and new employees of the organization.
Provides issue resolution support.
Timely and accurately manage provider schedules in the EPM software.
Reports to all scheduled work sites and shifts on time and fully prepared to engage in all job responsibilities; location of work sites and shifts will change at the discretion of the supervisor.
Engages in all offered trainings, consultations and supervisions made available. Fully and professionally responds to and implements directives and advice offered by all supervisory and training personnel, as well as professionally offered feedback from coworkers.

What You’ll Need:

High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
Experience using an EMR/EHR system.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Strong computer literacy and ability to effectively use various software programs.
Experience at a Community Health Center is preferred.

This is an on-site role Monday-Friday.

The salary for this position is $46,216-$50,953+ based on experience and education.
