Support Sight Partners revenue channels by drive growth through demand and lead generation using various marketing mediums including social media, networking CE events, advertising, and collateral, as well as grassroots marketing plans.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Directly supports and supervises employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
  • Interviews, orients, hires, trains, and holds employees accountable
  • Plans, assigns, and directs work
  • Appraises performance, rewards, and disciplines employees
  • Addresses complaints and resolves problems
  • The Marketing Director will assist in the development, shaping, and execution of patient engagement strategies. To break through the highly competitive market, they will lead vendor and internal partners in developing and executing strategically sound, value-generating integrated marketing communications plans and world-class creative.
  • This position will have a high level of visibility among executive level decision makers and will necessitate strong leadership to ensure alignment across multiple cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, organized, agile, and visionary, with excellent interpersonal skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead and hold the marketing team accountable by conducting weekly meetings to review marketing performance metrics
  • Establish employee personalized performance metrics to manage productivity of the marketing team
  • Develop, lead, and champion a clear, distinctive, brand plan by working with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional launch team, including Medical, R&D, Sales, Trade, Finance, Operations, PR, Market Research etc.
  • Build strong relationships and engage with patients/staff to gain insights
  • Leverage data and analytics to uncover insights and drive data-based decision making to manage and optimize in-market performance of campaigns
  • Translate patient/employee insights into actionable strategies and messages to formulate marketing plans
  • Assist in the development of patient market research/surveys, and other strategic projects, and develop specific insights in order to inform strategy
  • Plan, execute and measure brand initiatives
  • Create and deliver strong marketing presentations for executive leadership and other stakeholders
  • Support the development of annual operating plans, delivery of topline sales and development of revenue and expense forecasts
  • Adept at managing budgets
  • Help plan, prepare, and attend Eye Care meetings and conventions

Requirements

Education and Experience:

7+ years Marketing or other related experience.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA In Marketing Strategy preferred
  • Professional Eye Care or B2B healthcare Marketing experience desired.
