Key Responsibilities:
- Documenting FNOL details with precision and accuracy.
- Efficiently setting up and managing claims to ensure a seamless process.
- Handling stop pays and bill pays with a keen eye for detail.
- Tackling overflow calls from claimants and providing support to adjusters.
