Be the Director You've Always Aspired to Be

Your impactful journey involves:

  • Supervises and manages workers' compensation staff and claims.
  • Maintains the non-subscription program.
  • Monitors the services of the third-party administrator and advocates for change when and where needed.
  • Assists hospitals in strategizing and developing loss prevention programs.
  • Audits and prepares payments to external vendors.
  • Stays current via newspapers, periodicals, industry materials, associations, etc.
  • Networks with co-workers to share best practices.
  • Develops strategies and aligns work to achieve goals.


  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum three years of Workers' Compensation experience required. Five years of experience preferred.
