Job Description
Qualified candidates must have:
2-3 years customer care/customer service experience
Microsoft Word/Excel proficiency
Ability to learn software programs for processing sales orders, invoices, and pedigree
Ability to focus on detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent phone skills
Strong organizational skills
Positive attitude
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Responsibilities will include:
Processing sales orders and invoices manually and via EDI
Preparing daily sales and orders report
Communicating with hospitals and wholesalers
Maintaining customer licenses
New customer set-up and maintenance
Maintain various Excel spreadsheets
We are now offering a $1,500 signing bonus. Refer someone to come work for us, If they work 5 days you get $50, If they work 30 days you get another $100 and they get $100. We also offer paid holidays and vacations. Ask us for details.
