The Big Task
This position greets incoming callers and processes appointments for our business. Helps in a consistently professional, friendly, and urgent manner, conveying information accurately to external and other internal customers utilizing scripts and other internal sources to secure appointments for our technician’s. This position also requires dispatching on weekends as a few technicians take care of urgent calls.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Use great customer service practices to answer incoming calls from customers and book appointments for our technicians.
· Answer all calls with urgency and in a professional manner.
· Meet the call center’s daily appointment setting goal numbers.
· Utilize existing assistance tools, scripts, and systems to consistently book appointments.
· Make outbound calls to offer maintenance warranties to customers.
· Make follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction of service performed by technicians.
· Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with AYW’s products and services.
· Prioritize the service required in home and assign a service technician.
· Communicate to client’s what services may be needed and why.
· Schedule technicians to address customer needs.
· Provide a timeframe for customers to expect a technician visit.
· Keeps detailed records of customer calls and dispatching support tasks.

Job Requirements:
· Excellent customer service skills, and experience with outbound and inbound calls.
· Ability to function well in fast-faced work environment.
· Experience working in a call center setting
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
· At least1 year of experience assisting customers in a call center or customer service environment.
