OVP is seeking an experienced NP/PA for their O'Bleness location.
EMR- EPIC
Annual Volume- 30,000
Physician shifts- 7a-7p, 11a-11p & 7p-7a
APP shifts- 9a-9p & 5p-5a
Number of beds- 21 beds
Transfer locations- Any of the Ohio Health facilities (Grant, Riverside, Doctors)
Transfer %- 9.9
Admission Rate %- 10.6
Please note:
Medical staff fees will be reimbursed once the provider has completed their first shift.

Requirement description : ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
Rates and availability must be submitted at time of name clear - Required
Board Certified REQUIRED
Minimum of 2 years experience - REQUIRED
OH License - REQUIRED, no exceptions
Proof of COVID Vaccination Status - REQUIRED
BLS/ACLS - Current at time of submission
Clean background, no malpractice - REQUIRED, no exceptions
