Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer who will work with our Mechanical Team to create new and modify existing designs for the automated systems. More specifically they will be directly involved in design revisions and customizations of standard automated systems.

The specific tasks of the mechanical design engineer include:

Design parts and assemblies using Solidworks
Create revisions and drawing updates to existing parts or assemblies of standard products
Create as-built updates of parts and assemblies
Create 2D layout drawings for customers
Create Bills of Materials for assemblies
Maintain part number and file structure schemes
Create product support documentation including, but not limited to: assembly instructions, parts manuals, and spare parts lists
