Responsibilities
Providing Exceptional Service: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate assistance with their insurance needs.
Policy Management: Handle policy inquiries, changes, and updates promptly and efficiently.
Problem Solving: Resolve client issues, complaints, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with personal lines insurance policies and coverages is a plus.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to accurately handle policy information and documentation.
