Global Guardian – Intern (Account Management)

The ideal candidate will be able to support the Global Guardian Account Management Team in appropriately identifying and actioning the needs of both new and current customers to ensure the highest quality end-user experience. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of knowledge on product offerings and ultimately communicating with clients and internal team members to understand better and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities

Support the Account Management team in executing daily tasks to ensure the highest quality customer experience.

Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
Meet regularly with the Account Management team to advance strategic initiatives.
Data entry and accuracy verification within Microsoft Office platforms, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and other internal systems.
Manage upkeep of reporting data for customers' accounts.

Qualifications

Recent college graduates or rising college seniors pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Preferred Areas of Study: Business, Criminology, National Security, International Affairs, Foreign Languages, etc.)
Based in Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, D.C. for the duration of the internship
Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
Highly motivated and organized, with the ability to meet deadlines promptly
Superb communication skills and attention to detail
Work well both independently and in a team setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office
