Outside Sales Representative

Position Overview:

As an Independent Sales Representative with Guardian Bastille, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients in your designated territory. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our 3M Window Film solutions to commercial and residential clients, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Compensation and Benefits

• This is a 100% commission based role with a draw considered while first starting out for full time employees.
• Average annual on target earnings for first year sales reps $30,000 - $50,000 with top producers making $60,000+
• Average annual on target earnings for second year sales reps $45,000 - $100,000+
• Candidates can have accelerated growth with existing relationships and contacts within the industry/following fields

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development: Generate leads and identify opportunities to sell Guardian Bastille's 3M Window Film solutions to commercial and residential clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and inquiries.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of 3M Window Film products and their benefits to effectively communicate with clients.
• Territory Management: Manage your designated territory, including planning and organizing sales activities, conducting site visits, and meeting with potential clients.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of Guardian Bastille's 3M Window Film solutions.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals.
• Reporting and Documentation:** Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, particularly in selling building materials, home improvement products, or related fields.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Familiarity with the territory and existing client relationships is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the designated territory.
