Supply Chain Planning Associate

Job Purpose: The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and optimizing our supply chain operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure accuracy of forecasted demand and the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to distribution centers and customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure target inventory levels are maintained.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm accurate delivery schedules and costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
• Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries, ensuring on-time arrivals and compliance with regulations.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or inventory levels.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on supply chain activities and address any concerns.
• Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply chain activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in planning, logistics, supply chain management or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Territory: United States, select international markets.

Work Location: Issaquah, WA

Travel Requirements: Travel may be required up to four occurrences per year.

• 401K Plan: 100% match for contributions up to 3%, 50% match for contributions between 4-5%. Enrollment is available after 90 days of consecutive employment, contributions may begin the first day of the calendar quarter following 90 consecutive days of employment.
• Vacation: 2-weeks per year, 3-weeks per year following five years of continuous employment

Personal Requirements: US citizenship, valid passport, valid US driver’s license, insurable driving record, signed employment agreement with noncompete provisions specific to applicable markets and products.
