Event Booker - Part Time

Are you a proactive and outgoing individual who enjoys connecting with people over the phone? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to close deals over the phone? We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Part-Time Event Booker to join our team and help us organize in-store popup events at various retail locations and venues throughout Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to stores and venues via phone calls to book in-store popup events.
• Communicate effectively to pitch the idea of hosting our events and explain the benefits to the venues.
• Follow up persistently with potential hosts to secure event bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and bookings using Google Sheets.
• Work independently, set your own hours, and flexibility.
• Collaborate with our event coordination team to ensure seamless planning and execution.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort in making a high volume of phone calls daily.
• Ability to come in office for training and meetings from time to time.
• Proven ability to close deals and make persuasive arguments over the phone.
• Familiarity with using Google Sheets/Excel or similar tools to track and manage data.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior tele sales experience is a plus, but we are open to training candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
• Required to be in the Nashville, TN area for training and understanding of the demographics.
