This position is 100% Commission for the first month, then earned residual starts the second month.
Job Description
We are looking for a result driven ASAM that can actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability and create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The ASAM’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Account Managers answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas. Ultimately, a successful ASAM should collaborate with our team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long run.
Responsibilities
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Reaching out to customers leads through cold calling.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Job Duties
Locate and contact potential clients to offer them our services.
Explain to the customer how our advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way.
Provide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising products or services.
Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients.
Inform clients of available options for advertising art, formats, or features and provide samples of previous work for other clients.
Deliver advertising or illustration proofs to clients for approval.
Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts.
Recommend appropriate sizes and formats for advertising.
Help customers process payments.

Requirements
Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant customer facing role.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer’s needs.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Related bachelor’s degree or 4+ years B2B experience
Preference given to experience if you had a role selling to contractors or have existing relationships. This is a role for selling banner advertisements to a targeted audience.
