Job Description

TA Coordinator is part of the Talent Acquisition team, and responsible for and focused on providing an exceptional new hire experience throughout their pre-employment onboarding process as well as greet visitors to our corporate headquarters in northern Alabama.

· Responsible and accountable for new hire pre-employment onboarding process that is required for HQ and at our client locations, providing superior customer service to candidates, other internal team members, hiring managers, recruiting agencies, background screening providers, and other related stakeholders
· Greet visitors on the executive floor at the corporate HQ, and provide support services to visitors including ordering lunch, and replenishing refreshments for the executive floor
· Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally to our general office number
· Once a job offer has been accepted, quickly begins the candidate pre-employment onboarding process, including background check initiation, drug screening, I-9, and other documentation required
· Coordination of first day details, training, etc. with new hire and Hiring Manager
· Maintains meticulous tracking of each candidates' progress, and escalates issues and delays
· Builds strong, trusted partnerships with all stakeholders, Talent Acquisition Recruiters and HR Business Partners
· Providing proactive updates regarding status of onboarding to Hiring Managers and candidates, throughout the process
· Prioritizing all requests and projects, and working independently to resolve and/or connecting with the appropriate support
· Maintaining confidentiality of HR and personnel-related data

Experience and Skills

· Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills and business acumen
· Experience in HR/staffing/Talent Acquisition industry or similar HR role is preferred
· Experience in a customer-facing role
· Strong attention to detail and ability to track progress of each request
· MS Office (Word, Excel) proficiency
· Ability to handle data with confidentiality
· Good organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
· Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
· Role is located at our HQ in northern Alabama and requires in-office attendance every day
