2023-2024 Compensation Grid

An additional 4% will be paid to special education teachers hired to teach in a classroom not designed for students with significant or severe disabilities.

An additional 5% will be paid to special education teachers hired to teach in a classroom designed for students with significant or severe disabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Kansas teaching license
  • Applicable endorsement(s)
  • Bachelor’s degree
