Marketing Specialist
What is your Purpose?
As the Marketing Specialist, you will build and drive ROI through our multi-channel marketing and sales initiatives. You will work closely with our CEO to create momentum by identifying opportunities to promote Culture Works products, services, community, and team. The Marketing Specialist will optimize technology and data, implement marketing techniques internally and externally, and seamlessly guide prospective clients through our sales cycle. You will assist in the production and revamp of materials for digital and special in-person event promotions, nurture sales leads, and drive campaign investment results.
You must be curious, self-motivated, organized, and resourceful while collaborating to identify targets who are people-driven and culture-focused. By leveraging the expertise and deliverables of our client team, you will foster relationships with prospective clients and contribute to effectively closing sales opportunities.

As the Marketing Specialist, you have the unique opportunity to influence our company's success by crafting compelling campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately fuel business growth. Experience & Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in sales, marketing, or executive-level assistance required
  • Experience using Canva, HubSpot (certification highly preferred), and MS Office Suite required
  • Tech & System-savviness a MUST
  • Proven experience utilizing and optimizing CRM systems to their full potential
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-volume tasks, systems, events, or initiatives
  • Background in professional services, HCM, or HR industries preferred
  • Strong customer-centric business acumen
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
