Salary $100-150K (negotiable, depending on experience) + uncapped commission + car allowance
Baltimore, MD (territory includes Maryland, DC & Northern Virginia)

Opportunity:
Due to winning the sole distribution rights in the area to a high-end commercial roofing membrane, we are seeking a Sales Representative to join an established commercial roofing company. You will receive an excellent salary and truly unlimited commission for doing what you love!

Working on new construction and reroof projects, your target customers will be architects, design & build, building owners, military, data centres etc.

Ideal Candidate:
You are the type of person who is comfortable liaising with everyone, from construction managers to architects to building owners.

• External sales experience in a construction related field, preferably with a knowledge of the roofing/ building envelope industry.
• The ability to read architectural plans and drawings.
• The ability to hold the room when giving presentations.
• Based in the area and willing to travel.
• Experienced in consultative sales, with the ability to understand and explain technical details in a concise manner.
• You believe that patience is a virtue... you will often be playing the long game, it's not all quick sales!
• Looking for a great opportunity and a fulfilling career.
