Join our team as a Full-Time Banking Office Manager to support our Concord Heights Office!
Bank of New Hampshire is seeking motivated, relationship-focused, problem-solvers who have connections to our industry and community. This role focuses on business development and includes partnering with commercial and small businesses to help them achieve success while increasing the Bank's portfolio.
You will provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. To be successful in this role, you are adept in branch management and operations, including but not limited to staff development, customer service, account management, and sales.
Here you will be able to put your leadership skills to work overseeing the activities of your direct reports, coaching them to meet and exceed assigned goals while supporting the operational excellence of the Bank.
We are looking for someone that has three or more years in banking or a related field with experience managing a team. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, or an equivalent program is preferred but not required. You are also not afraid to get out into the community to prospect for business and deepen relationships with new and existing clients. Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills are needed. Additionally, you must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record, and appropriate insurance coverage is required to drive in performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
Shift: Monday - Saturday to support business needs; Salary and level (Office Manager/AVP/VP) to commensurate based upon experience.
