Our Am Law 100 client is seeking a highly qualified 3rd – 5th year associate to join their M&A and Private Equity Litigation group. The ideal candidate has experience with GAAP, auditing private or public financial statements, and high-stakes disputes.
The position offers career growth and working directly with senior members of the group and expert witnesses on matters involving indemnification claims, fraud claims, earn-out disputes, and a variety of significant portfolio company litigation.
Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comparable law firm experience preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS
A J.D. and CPA license are required. Candidates without a CPA license will not be considered.Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comparable law firm experience preferred.
