Our client is seeking a Private Equity associate to join the private equity Practice Group in their Boston office. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a nationally recognized corporate practice and take on a meaningful role in sophisticated equity finance matters from day one. The private equity group is recognized by the industry as elite market leaders and advise high profile private equity funds.


Responsibilities:


  • Advise private equity sponsors and investors on a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio company matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements and related ancillary documentation.
  • Collaborate with partners and cross-border teams on sophisticated, high-value deals.
  • Provide commercially focused legal advice tailored to client objectives.
  • Support client relationship management and business development initiatives.


Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree, class years 2020–2021.
  • Strong experience in private equity.
