Job description

Greenwich based Private Equity firm seeks interns for research, IM creation, financial modeling / deal analysis and prospect outreach.

Run by University of Chicago alumni investing in the small/middle market area, a new private equity fund seeks interns.

The internship can be full time (from immediately until school restarts) and/or can continue through the school year.

This role is client facing. You will have the opportunity to directly engage with CEO's and owners of small businesses.

In addition, duties will include, financial modeling, prospecting, research and analysis and more.

The minimum commitment is 15 hours a week. Once we purchase or invest in a firm there will be opportunities for roles within the purchased companies. You will work directly with the Managing Partner and be exposed to live deals and transactions.

We will provide letters of recommendation as well as introductions to our network of contacts in consulting firms, banks, other private equity firms etc.
