("ECC"), the private equity division of Emigrant Bank, is hiring a Pre-MBA Private Equity Associate to join its Investment Team, reporting to a Managing Director, based in Midtown, New York.**About the Firm**ECC is the private equity arm of Emigrant Bank, the nation's largest single-family owned and operated bank. ECC invests directly from the bank's balance sheet, giving it a permanent capital base and the ability to invest with a longer horizon independent of traditional fund cycles. The firm's capital solutions range from majority recapitalization/buyout transactions to structured minority capital, tailored to founders, families, and management teams.
