Monthly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities

Hands on Training

Must be willing to travel around the DFW area to job sites in a company provided truck

Need to be able climb ladders and lift 50 lbs and be able to use landscaping tools in general and be comfortable on construction sites.

Conduct landscaping and irrigation inspections, taking pictures, and communicating with property owners.

Other Admin responsibilities to be discussed

Build relationships with property owners and communicate with them throughout the project process, including quality of installations and collecting money for projects.

Solicit new business by asking for referrals or with neighbors to the project.

Develop relationships with builders and property managers.

Placing all lead and customer meetings, phone calls, and notes into company CRM and designated software systems.

Must be willing to travel around the DFW area to job sites.

Need to be able climb ladders and lift 50 lbs and be comfortable on construction sites.

Basic Speaking Spanish is a plus for this job.

Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.

Driven and goal oriented, can work well independently without supervision.

Must be able to communicate and have discussions with a wide variety of people.

Work hours are Monday through Friday 6:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with possible Saturdays based upon project needs.
