Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The CFO will play a critical role in driving the financial success and sustainability of our organization while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support the mission and goals of the organization.
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to optimize financial performance and stability.
• Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient care and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and financial best practices.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors on financial matters and business planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in a healthcare or nonprofit organization, preferably in the addiction treatment field.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of healthcare finance, reimbursement models, and regulatory requirements.
• Commitment to our mission of providing high-quality addiction treatment services with compassion and integrity.

Pay: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Schedule: M-F On-site

Location: Knoxville, TN
