We are looking for a dedicated Financial Analyst for our skilled nursing facility management group in Toms River, NJ. This is a full-time, in-person position with Friday work-from-home flexibility available for candidates with a longer commute. The Financial Analyst will pull and analyze data from our data warehouse and other internal sources to produce reports for the Chief Financial Officer, partnering closely with our data team and our other financial analysts to provide a clear picture of organizational performance.

Qualifications of the Financial Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong financial analysis experience, with healthcare or nursing home / post-acute finance background strongly preferred
  • Expert proficiency in pulling and analyzing reports from a data warehouse (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, executive-level reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with senior leadership

Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:

  • Pull, analyze, and report on financial and operational data from the data warehouse and other internal sources
  • Build executive-ready reports and dashboards for the Chief Financial Officer
  • Partner with the data analyst, the data warehouse team, and the other financial analysts to surface trends and drive insight
  • Identify variances, anomalies, and opportunities in performance data and bring them forward
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling requests from senior leadership
