**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a CFO with FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) experience to join our team in the North West Houston area. The CFO Consultant will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of our clients organization, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification strongly preferred
- X years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
