What We're Looking For:

Experience: 2-3 years in outside sales and design, preferably in landscape design, architecture, or related fields. Experience with construction project management is beneficial.
Skills: Proficiency in Google products (Docs, Drive, SketchUp), CAD, and 3D design software (e.g., Lumion, Vizterra).
Characteristics: Exceptional communication, customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A team player who is also self-motivated and eager to succeed.

Your Role:

Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to design and revamp their outdoor living areas using high-quality pre-set leads.
Design and Planning: Measure and create detailed 2D & 3D design plans.
Presentation and Sales: Deliver engaging presentations, provide detailed proposals, and close deals efficiently.
Client Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with past clients and leads, and schedule follow-up meetings to discuss ongoing or new projects.
Networking: Build connections with contractors, landscape architects, and participate in industry events to grow referral business.

What We Offer:

Earning Potential: Lucrative commission structure with earnings ranging from $100K to $300K+ annually; reaching $100K should be easily achievable.
