Retail Marketing Lead

Join our team in Western WA! Renewal by Andersen is looking for a Retail Marketer Team Lead to add to our highly successful retail marketing team. Our marketing team is made up of top performers that focus on lead generation for the most recognized and industry leading brand on the market. This is a two-fold position that will be responsible for supporting the existing team to meet weekly, monthly, and annual goals along with assisting in recruiting and new team member trainings.

Retail Team Lead Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with retail locations and their management
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
• Ensure that all paperwork and trackers for the retail teams are updated and communicated in a timely manner
• Generate and qualify sales leads by engaging with the customers while at retail locations
• Achieve sales goals outlined by the management and consistently grow our customer base to meet the company’s financial objectives
• Recruit new candidates and maintain communication with the Retail Associate Manager to support our recruitment funnel
• Support the team of retail marketers with a direct hands-on approach while providing motivation and coaching to help the team reach daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Support the development of our culture with the team through personal role modeling and desired behaviors and techniques

Promotional Marketing Responsibilities

• Responsible for booking potential customers for a free no-obligation window consultation at various retail locations in your territory
• Work with the Associate Manager to support design consultant partnerships with the retail department
• Communicate with all other departments to ensure best practices are being maintained
• Welcome customers and provide them general information on our products
• Meet or exceed department goals

• 1-2 years of sales experience; preferably in the brick and mortal retail locations
• 1 years of customer service experience
• Must be able to effectively lead, prioritize, manage time and projects, and multi-task in a fast paced, growing company environment
• Detail oriented while having the ability to operate efficiently in a busy environment
• Excellent training and coaching skills
• Ability to understand the role of marketing communications and sales promotions
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Problem solving ability
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be proficient in the MS Office
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver license
• The ability to travel is required
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
