- Owner communications: main point of contact from start to finish
- Oversee and delegate all aspects of showing, leasing, renewing and move outs of the properties in your portfolio
- Maintaining a 95% occupancy and collections rate
- Delegating tasks to the Assistant Portfolio Manager
- Creating and maintaining property budgets
- Nurturing and maintaining strong owner/investor relationships
- Responsible for financial and reporting accuracy
- Turning units between residents
- Oversight of property repair and maintenance
- Handling resident escalations
What you get:
- Base Salary - $64,000 - $82,000/year depending on skills and experience
- 20% Annual Performance-Based Bonus paid out monthly based on KPIs
- $6,000 Yearly Stipend for Expenses
- Compensation $82,800 - $104,400

Requirements
What you bring:
- Colorado Real Estate License
- 5+ years of property management experience
- Insitutional Multi-family experience required
- Property budget and financial acumen required
- Background in maintenance and unit renovation/project coordination required
- Basic knowledge of local leasing agreements, regulatory issues, terms etc.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office technology
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High-functioning multi-tasking
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Systems-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check
- Office presence required for first 6 months. Hybrid option available after 6 months based on performance
- Must be located in Denver/surrounding. Field work/property presence is mandatory
"Nice-to-have" qualifications:
- Team leadership experience preferred
- Bilingual - proficiency in Spanish
- Experience with Appfolio
- Prior Sales Experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
