  • Owner communications: main point of contact from start to finish
  • Oversee and delegate all aspects of showing, leasing, renewing and move outs of the properties in your portfolio
  • Maintaining a 95% occupancy and collections rate
  • Delegating tasks to the Assistant Portfolio Manager
  • Creating and maintaining property budgets
  • Nurturing and maintaining strong owner/investor relationships
  • Responsible for financial and reporting accuracy
  • Turning units between residents
  • Oversight of property repair and maintenance
  • Handling resident escalations


What you get:
  • Base Salary - $64,000 - $82,000/year depending on skills and experience
  • 20% Annual Performance-Based Bonus paid out monthly based on KPIs
  • $6,000 Yearly Stipend for Expenses
  • Compensation $82,800 - $104,400

Requirements

What you bring:
  • Colorado Real Estate License
  • 5+ years of property management experience
  • Insitutional Multi-family experience required
  • Property budget and financial acumen required
  • Background in maintenance and unit renovation/project coordination required
  • Basic knowledge of local leasing agreements, regulatory issues, terms etc.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office technology
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • High-functioning multi-tasking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Systems-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass background check
  • Office presence required for first 6 months. Hybrid option available after 6 months based on performance
  • Must be located in Denver/surrounding. Field work/property presence is mandatory


"Nice-to-have" qualifications:
  • Team leadership experience preferred
  • Bilingual - proficiency in Spanish
  • Experience with Appfolio
  • Prior Sales Experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
