Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and process invoices for billing partners including drafting, editing and preparing pre-bills
- Utilize ProLaw to combine case and matter management with time entry, billing, and accounting
- Finalize bills per attorney/client specifications and/or guidelines
- Review and verify the accuracy of billing and supporting documentation, as required
- Confirm rates and any fee arrangements are reflected for each individual matter
- Create and print/upload, mail or email final client billing
- Generate billing statements and production reports upon request and ensure strict confidentiality at all times
Qualifications include:
- Minimum of two years of law firm billing, AP/ AR experience required
- ProLaw case management skills required
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
