If so, then we want you to be a part of our team in Wyoming, OH. As a Client Service Rep with us, you'll play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our valued clients. Here's what you can expect:
How will you affect the business?
- Effectively manage high volume of incoming calls
- Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction
- Quoting, endorsements, certificates and contribute to the renewal process
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Requirements:
- 3+ years of client service experience working P&C insurance specifically personal lines insurance
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Experience with AMS360 or Applied Epic a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Compensation is dependent upon experience level.
