Job Description

We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for organizing important events from conception through completion.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate all event activities and personnel
Distribute all detailed information and supplies to attending personnel
Hire and orientate qualified personnel
Develop and maintain a recruiting strategy
Research and identify successful event opportunities
Management of personal on major event days
Maintain stock of event supplies

Qualifications:

Previous experience in event staffing and planning or other related fields
Strong project managing skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to work well in teams
Ability to work late hours
Strong communication skills
Strong computer skills
Use of social media
