Job Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting in the sell of homes within your assigned communities. You will provide support to the community Sales Agent and builder to ensure the model home and community are maintained, customers are handled with care and sales goals are met. Position is Salary plus monthly commission opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer and lead needs.
- Schedule and perform home tours
- Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and processes
- Confidently and clearly provide information to customers about house plans, features, and process.
- Walk homes and perform quality checks
- Attend Community and networking events as needed
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Assist Sales Agent and Builder with community and customer needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
