WMS Systems Analyst
- Full-Time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act in accordance as a system owner and/or subject matter expert (SME) for LSL's WMS, DMS, and TMS software
• Manage all aspects of WMS, DMS, and TMS configuration and functionality across business units
• Understand analytical reporting requirements of the business and form recommendations
• Develop and test holistic system strategies to facilitate the highest level of productivity and quality across applications and platforms
• Analyze and research WMS, DMS, and TMS problem issues. Perform or facilitate vendor root
cause analysis (RCA) of encountered issues
• Assist in identification of specific interfaces, methods, parameters, procedures, and functions, as required, to support technical solutions
• Assess various WMS, DMS, and TMS project testing needs and ensure adequate test coverage across functional, integration, performance, and security elements. Identify and automate testing where appropriate
• Communicate summarized information about test plans and execution activities occurring in shared environments to impacted teams and provide proactive management of shared environment resources
• Identify KPl's, collect quality data, and write technical specifications, presentations, and documentation
• Train users on new system activities and on new versions of software
• Ensures new and existing software solutions are developed with insight into industry regulations, best practices, strategies, and architectures
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Experience in WMS and DMS functionality, configuration, setup, and installation
- Deep understanding of analytical systems and KPI dashboards
- Technical diploma or certification preferred
- 3-5years of progressive WMS and DMS experience required
- Medical device or Pharma experience preferred

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
• Navigate through ERP systems -- Tecsys Elite, Cognos (in lieu of Tecsys Elite and Cognos, industry experience with other WMS and Analytics systems will be considered)
• Basic knowledge of Database Systems and scripting languages
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel (including Statistics and Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, and Word

• Previous experience in logistical supply chain application development is a plus
