The Role

A WMS Analyst at Client is responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing warehouse operations using Manhattan Associates systems (WM, MIF, SCI, and Labor). This role ensures efficient inventory flow, accurate order fulfillment, and real-time system performance across distribution processes. By aligning technology with operational needs, the WMS Analyst directly improves productivity, reduces errors, and supports Client's commitment to fast, reliable grocery delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Configure and enhance warehouse workflows within Manhattan Associates WMS to support new operational processes and continuous improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business needs and fulfillment goals
  • Analyze system performance, inventory accuracy, and order flow using Oracle Database; develop scripts, jobs, and procedures to improve efficiency and data integrity
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations through webMethods, performing high-level debugging to resolve system and interface issues
  • Investigate and resolve production issues by navigating WMS technical environments, reviewing logs, and performing root cause analysis
  • Provide functional support for Manhattan Integration Framework, ensuring reliable communication between systems
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps in system functionality and implementing scalable solutions
  • Ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and adherence to operational performance standards across warehouse systems

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management systems, supply chain technology, or distribution operations (food industry experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven ability to configure, implement, and support warehouse processes within Manhattan Associates WMS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system and operational issues
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience partnering across operations, IT, and engineering teams
  • Experience working with Oracle Database (SQL scripting, jobs, procedures, packages), webMethods for integration support and debugging, and familiarity with Manhattan Integration Framework
