Job Description
Salary:

As an Inside Sales Representative working in our Sales Department under the supervision of our Business Development Director, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers to generate and qualify leads. Your tasks will include contacting leads via phone, email, or other communication channels, understanding their needs, and promoting our products or services to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers and providing them with assistance when needed. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Conducts proactive consultative needs analysis with new and existing customers. Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email by utilizing active listening and clearly speaking to customers.
  • Represent our products and actively contact via phone with the objective of introducing our services and software, increasing brand awareness, and identifying possible prospects. Provides quality customer service over the phone, including information regarding products and services and other types of inquiries.
  • Willingness to learn about our software to introduce key points to prospects, and turn over qualified prospects to sales team for further development.
  • Answers Incoming customer calls. Calls must be handled in a timely and professional manner and accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Achieves all sales standards set for the department by following the established departmental procedures.
  • Demonstrates a full understanding of current marketing campaigns and offerings and has the ability to communicate them clearly to customers at every sales opportunity.
  • Responds to customer complaints professionally; attempt to resolve complaints successfully and upsell in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Represent INVID in a positive and professional manner.
  • Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals.
  • Identify areas of improvement in the sales department and assist in creating and implementing solutions.
  • Complete and maintain accurate sales projections, data gathering, and reports for Sales Manager.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in completing sales projects and an as-needed basis.
  • Ability to create, add, edit and troubleshoot within the client system (CRM).
  • Conduct Post-sale Follow Up (call customer to ensure welcome letter and contract start date are correct) in coordination with service delivery.
  • Conduct ongoing customer needs, analysis, and research of customer requirements through first party resources.
  • Participate in the Sales department meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items.
  • Conduct regular customer review calls as per customer review procedure and follow up as necessary.
  • Perform routine follow up calls as per renewal procedure to hit Renewal Sales Goals.
  • Perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including Quotes, Appointments, and Renewals.


Other Qualifications


  • Bilingual (Must speak, write and read fluently in English and Spanish)
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member
  • Must enjoy talking to people on the phone as this is a heavy phone contact position
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
  • Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
  • Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers.
  • Ability to remember information such as words, numbers, pictures, and procedures.

Education / Experience


Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) on Marketing; and two years of sales experience or some level of customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Must be US Citizend and US Resident
