What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee plant utilities generation and quality, upholding exacting standards.
• Implement both preventative and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to industry and regulatory standards.
• Assign and manage facility maintenance technicians' work orders.
• Coordinate external services support for site-wide systems.
• Guide project teams in the efficient selection and design of new equipment and facilities.
• Efficiently manage maintenance work orders while minimizing backlogs.
• Innovate maintenance methods to enhance system performance.
• Uphold stringent documentation for facility equipment maintenance.
• Promote safety protocols and environmental protection efforts.
• Assist in maintaining cGMP-compliant operations.
• Direct the installation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance within the regulated sectors.
• Troubleshoot complex systems and maintain key maintenance records.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with relevant experience.
• Proven supervisory experience within regulated industries.
• Solid engineering fundamentals and mastery of cGMPs and FDA regulations.
• Ability to understand complex blueprints and technical specs.
• Expertise in electrical principles and compliance with National Electrical Code.
• Adept at solving issues in intricate electronic and mechanical systems.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and strong written communication abilities.
