Job Title: Imaging Supervisor
Location: Sanford, NC
Salary Range: $76,024 – $102,627 per year
Signing Bonus: Yes (Commitment bonus available)


Position Summary

The Imaging Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Imaging Department to ensure efficient workflow, high-quality patient care, and compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. This role supervises and supports imaging technologists, manages scheduling and staffing, and performs imaging exams as needed to maintain clinical competency.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Imaging Department.
  • Supervise and mentor imaging technologists, fostering teamwork and accountability.
  • Perform CT and X-ray procedures as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and other departments to support seamless care.
  • Monitor imaging equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance/service.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental planning and budgeting.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology.
  • ARRT Certification in Radiography.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical imaging experience.
  • BLS Certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire).

Preferred:

  • 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
