Location: Plano, TX 75093
Shift: Monday to Friday | 07:30 AM – 04:00 PM
Job Type: Permanent
Guaranteed Hours: (40 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor of Breast Imaging to join our team. In this role, you will lead and support a dynamic imaging department, ensuring quality care and efficient operations. You will be responsible for supervising, planning, organizing, and continuously improving work processes in Breast Imaging, including Mammography, Bone Density, MRI, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the Breast Imaging department
  • Lead and support a team of imaging technologists across various modalities
  • Ensure high-quality imaging services in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
  • Perform breast imaging exams including Mammography and Bone Density
  • Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff for coordinated patient care
  • Facilitate staff onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold departmental protocols
  • Serve as point of contact in the absence of the department manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Experience: 3 years in Breast Imaging (Mammography experience required)
  • Preferred: Leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
  • Certification: ARRT (M) – Mammography certification required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
