Job Description

Described as the "Uber of Content", Social Native is a marketplace technology company that empowers marketers to create, source and optimize authentic visual content in the most efficient way possible. Leveraging the world's first AI-powered creative platform, brands such as Unilever, Adidas, L'Oréal, Crocs and Nestlé Waters partner with Social Native to improve the performance of their paid and organic social strategy with a combination of Influencer Marketing, Custom Content, and Content Editing solutions.

With our recent acquisition of Olapic, we're changing the way marketers evaluate, refine and optimize their visual content strategy. This move solidifies our goal of delivering an all-in-one platform providing brands with data-driven insights, scales content creation, measures the impact of their work, and optimizes content for even greater results.

As a Solutions Architect you will successfully onboard and maintain a portfolio of clients of varying complexity and tiers. You will serve as the main technical solutioning and implementation lead throughout the client lifecycle, and take a consultative approach to serving clients. You have a good understanding of Social Native's business, technology and product suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client technical calls with minimal supervision
  • Serve as a dedicated onboarding mentor for new team members (when needed)
  • Identify and address technical risks and issues for resolution; partner with cross teams when necessary
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage high complexity and/or custom projects that arise (with supervision when needed); partner with client development teams when necessary
  • Proactively identifies areas of process, implementation, and troubleshooting improvement
  • Contribute to team and cross team process improvement initiatives
  • For global strategic accounts: follow Customer Success guidelines on how to manage account

Qualifications:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in technical implementation or technical solutions role
  • 1-2 years of client-facing experience required
  • Strong technical skills; experience with HTML, CSS, JS (jQuery)
  • Good understanding of working with version control (Git)
  • Experience with SQL and knowledge of relational database concepts
  • Basic understanding of working with APIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can expertly tailor communication based on technical skill level of audience
  • Experience with and/or good technical specifications drafting skills
  • Knowledge/experience with SPA frameworks is a plus
  • Strong and creative problem-solving skills; maintains solutions approach
  • Good client facing skills; maintains a client-focused approach
  • High level of organization; ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and priorities at same time with limited direction
  • Ability to establish good rapport and relationships with cross teammates
Industry & Business Acumen
  • Strong understanding of web application technologies and cross-browser web development
  • Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape
  • Working knowledge of the different PM methodologies and project lifecycle
