Manager, IT Asset Management

We’re looking for a Manager of IT Asset Management to join Procore’s Business Technology. In this role, you will lead the efforts of the ITAM team and will be responsible for working with users to improve productivity by resolving technical issues and improving the user experience.

As a Manager of IT Asset Management, you’ll partner with other managers within Business Technology along with the Procure team to provide exceptional customer interactions through tickets, walkups, and in every interaction.

Work closely with Business Technology members to further improve and gain efficiencies by implementing new processes, leveraging automation, and being a champion for Asset Management and the Business Technology team!

This position reports into Manager of End User Services, and will be based in our Carpinteria, CA headquarters and work remotely a few days a week. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• You will be tasked with the procurement of hardware, renewals, life cycle planning, and costing

• Ensure that the team procures and stages user hardware, keeping stock on hand for just-in-time provisioning

• Manage hardware shipments to new employees’ homes, returns, and replacements

• Ensure all hardware/software allocations are logged, correct, and audited regularly

• Document all customer interactions in the ticketing system and ensure continual updates are made to ensure customers are updated regularly

• Ensure that the team documents assigned project work and updates regularly to ensure accuracy

What we’re looking for:

• Significant experience managing an asset management platform for hardware and software allocations

• Experience in purchasing and maintaining stock thresholds (physical and SaaS)

• Experience supporting customer IT needs as part of a global team supporting multiple regions and time zones

• In-depth knowledge of and the ability to perform advanced troubleshooting on macOS, Chrome OS, Windows 10, and SaaS applications

• Work with cross-functional partners to find efficiencies and implement improvements to our internal systems

• Experience working on a high-volume ticketing system

• Demonstrated project management abilities
