Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional client service. As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with partners and senior associates on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to [insert practice areas]. Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts
Assist with case strategy and preparation for hearings, trials, and other proceedings
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties
Attend meetings, depositions, and court appearances as needed
Collaborate with team members to achieve positive outcomes for clients
Stay current on legal developments and trends in relevant practice areas
Track and record time for work billed to client matters

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar Indiana
1-4 years of experience practicing law, preferably in civil, construction, contract, insurance litigation.
Strong legal research and writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Commitment to providing high-quality legal services with integrity and professionalism
Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to use Microsoft Teams and OneNote
Ability to navigate and use Adobe Acrobat
