Job Description

Premier Placements, LLC. is searching for Apartment Leasing Agents to join our growing team. Work with the top-rated management companies in metro Atlanta. Find a great new Property Management job through Premier Placements Temp and Temp to Perm jobs!

We are interested in applicants who display professionalism, are organized, empathetic, outgoing, and have a competitive personality. The ability to work well in a team environment is a must. Leasing and management experience in the multi-family, commercial, or residential industry is a plus. If you have a heart for customer service and sales this is the career for you.

Paid weekly on Fridays

Leasing - $16.50
Assistant Manager - $19.00

Schedule: 1st shift, Weekdays 9 am - 6 pm and Saturdays 10 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities:

Ensure all office, vacant units, model units, and amenities are ready for prospect tours
Convert prospect calls to appointments for onsite tours
Adequately pre-qualify and gather prospect needs and wants
Completing market surveys
Ensuring resident retention and providing excellent customer service
Preparing lease documents

Qualifications:

Experience with face-to-face sales and customer resolution in real estate, property management, hotel, restaurant, or other related fields
Works with a pleasant and professional demeanor in a business setting
Must be an independent professional person who is proactive, self-motivated and takes initiative
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a great attitude and a happy energetic personality
Able to problem solve, resolve issues and address concerns and complaints
Willing to complete a Fair Housing course (at no cost to you - we will pay for the certification)
Ability to build rapport with residents and prospects
Strong customer service and sales skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
Experience with Onesite, Yardi, is a plus
Reliable transportation
Spanish / English Bilingual a plus!
